Stitches of my Heart

One stitch, two stitch, three stitch, four stitch,
Mr. Teddy Bear please do not itch.
Your arm is bleeding, i know it hurts,
But don't worry 'cause I'm getting stitches on my heart.

You were attacked by an eagle,
I was attacked by love,
We both were injured badly,
But blessings were sent from up above.

One stitch for you was for the peck,
One stitch for me was for the pain.
The second stitch for you was for the rip,
The second stitch for me was for all the pieces.

The third stitch for you was for the slash,
The third stitch for me was for the terrible work of his "love."
And for our fourth stitch, the last of them all,
Was the sign for the healing job well done.

These stitches will be memories for us both,
We'll be wearing them forever like clothes.
Though we're sorry for this incident to happen,
We can learn a lesson from this, one that's everlasting.
