Twisted angels weaving lies
I refuse to say good-bye
I cling to my past with both feelings and fingers
and when I slip and fall my emotions are left reeling.
Damn those angels, those twisted angels of fate
They contribute nothing to my life but hate
With crooked wings they fly over my head
Leaving me feeling cold with dread.
