Cracks in the ice like cracks in your bones
Shrieking with pain, leaking with moans

Hardened bubbles explode in the light
Fragile ivory hides in the night

Buried and cold, deep and dark
Both are injured, without a mark

Pale blue reflects a skeletal face
A soul preserved in an icicle case

Bright moonlight shines straight down
Illuminating a sparkling town

Broken bones fall to the ground
Devoured and frozen without a sound

There they stay in a peaceful prison
These shattered bones have never risen

Cracks in your bones like cracks in the ice
Sine when did being broken feel so nice?
