Why do they yell at me
It's so frustrating too
I'm just doing my job
What I'm supposed to do
I know they don't like me
It's easy to see
They scream and they cuss
That's the way it will be
If they think I am wrong
Which many people do
They should try reffing
I'll gladly give the job to you
What would they do
If they were in my place
What would they say
With people up in their face
So please be nice to us refs
We really try to do our best
Please be kind in all you do
And remember we're humans too.
