Anorexia

I am slowly losing touch with this world
Anorexia has spread her wings
and taken flight
While I am soaring with her through the air,
Blinded by my own ignorance

What seems like a
Festival of colours slowly turns
into darkness.
Hurtled through the air,
I land in a world of grey

I have surely hit rock bottom
With no means of escape

The end is not near,
It is here.

i LOVE the poem...if anyone EVER tells you it's not good, tell them it's not good for insane people to be walking the streets because they would HAVE to be crazy not to like that poem. It's touching and true...keep writing 'cause it's great!

Wow, this poem is beautiful. I've noticed that sadder poems seem to be more beautiful. I love how you make people understand what you feel.
