True Love
I am a saint
In love with a sinner
Who’s in business with a whore
Who’s obsessed with a stripper
Who’s in and out every night
With a druggy
Who’s chasing after a tranny
Who’s not interested, and who wants
To be a magician
Who plays tricks on all his lovers
Who never want rabbits in their hats
In the first place.
And one particular ex-lover of his
Will turn around and fall in love with god
But god is in love with mother nature
And mother nature just wants to stay with the wind
And the wind dreams of sighing over the ocean
And the ocean continues to brush against the land
And the land just desires to feel like it’s
Strong enough
To protect all its people.
And these people will all drop to their knees
And look up at the stars and wonder why
True love
Is the only love
That no one can reach.
