I Miss You
I think of you all the time
Every time I think about the situation
I look up at the moon soon after
I just think of it as a short vacation
As much as I wish you were having one
I am sorry for the pain you endured
I wish you were still here with me
But death cannot be cured
I am so sorry for the misfortune
I am sorry for the life you were dealt
The life that is now done
I know it’s not my fault
And I shouldn’t cry because you said not to
Me without you here my friend
Leaves me with nothing else to do
And nowhere else to go to
I still and will always love you
My unfortunate best friend
But you already know that
That’s also why you’re dead
I’m just glad you died with a smile
Though I would’ve preferred your life
But you are gone and I’m alone
Thanks to that fateful knife
Goodbye
