Bipolar Seasons

August 26, 2008
By Anonymous

Seasons altering

Trees losing touch

A freezing winter low

Spirals into a dark, suicidal blizzard

Crying, can’t stop bawling

Icy winds bearing on a tear stained face

Suddenly a bright day

Light elucidates a dazed mind

Spring speeds by unnoticed

SUMMER!

This is a short poem I wrote about living with bipolar disorder. Winter is depression and SUMMER is mania.

that was really interesting how you connected the seasons and being bipolar together. I thought it was really creative. Wow i can't imagine myself in your shoes. Its great that you have the talent to create pieces like this to express how you feel. Keep writing more :)
