I dug my own grave
Exiled myself to this cave
Lied to those that I care about
Leaving their hearts filled with doubt
Of if I told them the truth
Or if they have to be a sleuth
To discover my lies
I wish they could just see into my eyes
That I wish I didn't do what I do so well
Like animals being shot, they fell
I am the poacher of family and friend
Wishing I could bring the slaughter to an end
But I can't seem to stop
It,s my drug that I put on top
I may be a master at this
But it completely hinders all forms of bliss
I am no honorable man
I'm not even a man
I dug my own grave
Exiled myself to this cave
I must live in my self-made lonely tomb
I can only now exist breathing in this gloom
I mucked up
There's no sugar coating or sippy cup
I could apologize
But that won't cure your tearful eyes
Yet I plea
For your forgiving eye to look upon me
