Cry
Why is it feared
frowned upon
drowned upon
is it becuase it
unmasks the identity
of your face
pulls back the mask that
layers you
like a 100 year old
tree
chipped bark
layered rings
in the middle.
is it becuase it shows the creature beneath the soul
the love behind the heart
or the fear
of the mind
why does the human race say
no need to cry
what is wrong with that feeling
have we become
so feared of ourselves
and our people?
maybe the next time someone
cries
you will understand
and feel them
and not be afraid of
yourself.
