its hard not having your bff around
one who listens and walks with you through the pasture
they may not understand you but they listen

You used to saddle up and ride as you did that you talked, they neighed in reply
You'd cry, they'd put their head on you as if to say its okay I'm here

where is that friend now
in anothers pasture,waiting, wondering
when will you be back, when will i get to talk to you

please,come back
you head back,saddle up,and ride
you talk and they neigh

you laugh,they smile back
but its not the same

its different, you've changed, they've changed, pretty soon you both have to move on to bigger and better things

You both go for one last ride
you talk about whats been going on
then you say goodbye

As you cry,she walks to you
lays down next to you
as if to say go ahead lean on me

you lean on her and cry
soon you realize you have to go
but you stay one last night
in the morning your horse has left

you yell one last goodbye
walk through the gate
and don't look back

I'm not to sure on this :/ Are you actually a cow? Because I got a bit confused with the pasture and stuff.. What about the saddling? I don't understand that. This is just a personal comment, but poems with no grammar annoy me (must be OCD)!   But I like the message of the poem :) It's quite emotional towards the end as well.
