Fading lessened

Missing the beat but not the tune
Biding my time
Riding the current
Going with the flow
Moving slowly
At just the right pace
Searching for answers
For love’s embrace
The currents change
The feelings are the same
The world slows back down
And all begins again
It happens again and again
But…this time is different
