Ribbons
The ribbons of fate wrap around our lives
The clouds are bright and light in the blue sky
“Ha ha ha ha ha,” they laugh so alive
He lies on the field always with that lie
I loved him so much what could I do
Sometimes I see your face in all my dreams
I don’t know why you do this to me too
You always loved me but now you scheme
The wheat yell at me “Just runaway fast”
Why can’t life just go the way it’s planned
Why can’t it happen the world is so vast
Your job made you mad, so you got canned
“I won’t ever be back,” the night stars said.
And then the sun turned into a light red
