Ode to Michigan

O Michigan you look like a glove,
Your up in the North where you seem so cold.
I'm going to visit you at the end of two weeks.
I adore your lake and your team the Wolverens.
I see some of your towns and they look so poor,
but it's your nature that I adore.
Seeing your trees tall and full.
In the world you seem so small,
but it's your power thats mighty after all.
