The author's comments:
This is a found poem. This is about the COMMANDER from the losing side of a war and a CHIEF of the winning side. I put "reminiscence of wild onions" b/c that to me represented life, b/c in the battle field nothing grows, and when the soldiers return, then wild plants and stuff grow there.
