Lifes Garden

August 9, 2008
By Katy Smith, Wombourne, ZZ

Deep into horizon
When sobs the only sound
Sadness is the barrier
Betrayal is the ground
Pain is around us
Fear is in the air
Traitors in the making

The author's comments:
The true meaning of my poem is not downing the world, its simply illustarating what a dark and lonely place war makes the world- killing all of the roses in Lifes garden. Without war we could truly be at peace and the flowers in lifes garden could flourish and grow tall.
