Mirror Mirror

Mirror Mirror in the sky.
Is it a fantasy that I can fly so high?
Is it just a dream that I can see
Who I am, the real me?

Mirror Mirror in the ground.
I circle you round and round.
Staring at this horrible face,
Wishing I could escape this place.

Mirror Mirror on the wall.
Down and down I fall.
Wishing I could be you who sees
Who I am, the real me...

I really can't say anything inspired me to write this. I was walking after a thunderstorm one evening and automatically started saying this outloud. I would say this is about being self-concious, and wishing you were someone else, but later on seeing that you are better off in your own body.
