The path to the end,
Seems to go on forever,
Until you reach your final destination,
The end

People call this trail life,
But it is just the path,
The path to nothingness,
A world with no life,
I will see my god face to face, when I have ended the path to the end.

This god who pilots me,
Through this hard life,
Bringing me failure yet also victory,
I will see my god face to face, when I have ended the path to the end.

This poem is an alternate interpretation of the poem, "When I have crossed the bar" by Tennyson. This spin-off poem says that "the bar", or in my case "the path" brings you to death, and the "pilot" is god. This may sound strange, but i think this poem may have had to do with " The Rapture". Just an opinion.
