By the fireplace I ponder,
Of tomorrow and of yonder,
My thoughts which surely wander,
Of the angel at my door,
The name that soon escapes me,
The named whispered by thee,
The name, I cannot implore,
And shall winter break the morrow,
They'll color the skies to hollow,
And drops will surely follow,
The angel at my door
