The Impossible Truth
The words cut him like a knife
He wonders the point of his life
 The children are harsh
The thoughts race through is brain
 Screaming, yelling, begging for pain

He is in no rush to go home
He just wishes he could roam
Mom and Dad fight to much
 It ends with a punch
 With mom in a hunch

He hides in his room, tears rolling down
Now he searches for a way to drown
 the pain and the hurt
He tries to stop the need to bleed

 He opens the box
It stares at him to break the locks
 Finally its the breaking point
His sorrows and woes are gone
He lets go and moves on
