Always sitting in the back of class
Looking through the windows glass
People think I'm weird
And probably wouldn't notice if I disappeared
All because I'm quiet

I don't like talking
My friends have found that shocking
They found out bit by bit
But are now used to it
I'm just quiet

People who don't know me
Think that just maybe
There is something wrong
Nothing is wrong, though, because I'm very strong
They just think this because I'm quiet

I don't really understand
Why they think I'm bland
Because at times when I'm with my friends
My personality starts to bend
I get loud
And then some people see that I'm not always bound
To just be the quiet girl
In her own world
In the back of class
Looking through the windows glass

This was one of my first poems. I was inspired to write this because I don't express my feelings with my voice. I decided to show how I feel about being called the quiet girl through something I'm good at.
