Heart Vs Head
How do you know you’ve lived life to the full?
Will you know when you are on your death bed?
Do you have to grab the horns of the bull?
Will you find out or is it in your head?
What is your life defined by, do you know?
The strongest organ beats to help you by.
Keeps you moving, from falling to your low.
But what happens when that organ dies?
It’s not your heart, it’s what you do with life.
Get up, breath, enjoy, love, open your mind.
If you don’t, you’ll be stuck, living in strife.
Ignoring the world, your life will be blind.
You’re lived to the full when you start seeing.
Through your own eyes, not theirs, it’s quite freeing.
