Ceiling fan

Ever just sit and stare at a ceiling fan?
It spins round and round never wavering from its motion.
Then I got to thinking,
doesn't the world do the same?
Spins round and round then rotates around the sun.
Constantly spinning forever and ever.
Is that the way everything goes?
What about life?
Is it a constant wheel of life and death?
