Ode to a Friendship
To the friends that have come and gone
The ones who influenced me the most
And who cared and loved me
For whom I was, so here is a toast

It was not too long ago
When we did everything together
Going to parties or even swimming at the local lake
These are the memories I will have forever

We were inseparable from anything
Showing each other how much we care
With all the love and affection
Putting up with all we could

Every day I think about
All the good times we had
And all the memories we have shared
