What Did You Do Today?

I swear on my life this story is true
Weather you believe it or not is up to you
I went for a walk with my dog named Loue
First time around he laid down a poo

I picked it up without missing a beat and we continued on down the street
it was quite a smelly load
So threw it towards my yard across the road

To the shock of both my dog and me
The tiny bag got stuck in a tree
I thought to myself "How bad could it be?"
Which was quite a mistake, you see

I went after it with a long handled broom
Unaware of my certain doom
a car full of people stared at me
probably sure that I was crazy

I gave a small wave to save my rep
but I wasn't out of the woods quite yet
they pulled into someone's driveway and turned around
I knew I had to get this poop down

"Do you need any help?"
Loue began to yelp
And as I was practically hugging that tree
the bag fell down in front of me

I said that I was okay
and they drove away
I got dog poop stuck in a tree,
