Bull's Eye
The angers creeping in
It’s no longer thin.
Increasing now and then
You’re no longer a friend.
A word comes to mind
It’s easy to find.
Hate fills my heart.
It stings like a dart.
Tears fall down
Enough to make you drown.
It’s all just a mess.
Why don’t you confess?
You’ve done wrong
Just a little harm.
What more could you do?
It doesn’t matter to you.
I fell to the ground,
You were what made me stand.
I no longer feel the sand,
Or the warmth of your hand.
You let me go,
It hit me so.
The sun no longer shines
It’s ripping through me.
Don’t you realize,
You hit my bull’s eye.
