In a grassy field, on the top of a hill
Where the wind blows soft but strong
I can’t help but feel a little chill
A whistle blows like a gong
I’m tired, exhausted and stressed
My muscles sore, but I’m calm and refreshed
As long as I have my feet and a ball
It is my favorite place
In the grassy field, on the hill tall
Where the wind blows in my face

In a place with beautiful but no winds
So calming, silent and still
Especially when the night descends
I start to feel a familiar chill
My heart’s fluttering in my chest
Surrounded by tall trees in a forest
Sneaking for so long I have started to tire
In the frosty silence, some twigs give a creak
My palms have started to perspire
To be a night ninja you must be sly, fast and meek

Both places have a special meaning
To me they’re places I love
I go to them whit face a’ beaming
As lovely as a dove
I wouldn’t want to be anywhere besides
Whether it be at the pool, in bed. Or inside
Both places have a special meaning
I wouldn’t have it any other way
To know my favorite places to be
I’m so happy I’ll say “HURRAY!”
