Every Evening
A big boulder upon my spine
With a cluttered brain.
An exhaust feeling comes to mind.
Though at least there is no rain,
But a big curious and bright star.
Well maybe a nap for energy to gain.
But how could one nap with talking cars?
Maybe I'll just rest awhile
Or start before time gets too far.
Oh, here we go again!
Battling back and forth
When in the end
Homework wins the war.
