Don't Misunderstand Me

I’m not anti-social
Social is anti-me
I am not depressed
Or is it depressed, am I not?
I do not fear strangers
It’s my friends who could really hurt me
And don’t call me crazy
It’s everyone else that’s insane
You may think of me as odd
I take it as a complement
You may not impose on my freedom
Because I probably won’t listen
Don’t worry about disappointing me
I have no expectations
So keep these little things in mind
And I might just be your best friend
