The Circle of a Cycle

One cycle begins as another must end,
Each looming wave will eventually fade.
For the passage of time allows one to mend.

Miniscule balls of breath when entered from the distend,
Childhood lost to instinctive growth in the parade,
One cycle begins as another must end.

Oh, how carefree and young entail much backbend,
Forgotten thoughts once tainted will pervade,
For the passage of time allows one to mend.

Intertwined as one, lust renders itself to lend,
Warmth of passion before reality grounds an evade,
One cycle begins as another must end.

A radiance once shown succeeds to transcend,
Each moment a struggle among dim charade,
For the passage of time allows one to mend.

Eternal experience continues after the ascend,
Form merely a portal to the journey now laid.
One cycle begins as another must end,
For the passage of time allows one to mend.
