In my dreams, I was staring at your eyes,
With enough brilliance to burst through the sky.
As I lay my head on my desk,
I refuse to take this test.

Your grace is indescribable.
You will never be unreliable
All of your beauty overflowing,
The wind in your hair won't stop blowing.

You make my heart pound,
And it makes me feels like I'm six feet underground.
Your presence gives me life, makes me breathe.
I can't imagine life when you leave.

You were able to make everything right.
But now, turn the brightest day into darkest night.
You said beginnings don't mean anything.
To me, that beginning meant everything.

Writing this poem helped me get over someone that I had feelings for at one point.
