Oh, squirrels, how my dad hates thee
He hates your lifestyle up in that tree
My dad puts poison out in the yard
In hope to kill you fat lazy lards
In my defense, I don’t hate squirrels
I don’t mind if you live with us here in this world
To me, your trouble is vague
But my dad looks at you like you’re a plague
I’ll tell you straight up what my dad hates most about you lards
Is you bury your acorns all over the yard
No, I take that back, what he hates the most
Is you take our tomatoes, eat them and boast
You go to our tomatoes and take nine or ten
You take a few nibbles, and go back again
Last season we barely had any to eat
Then my dad vowed, “I will not lie in defeat!”
You may be discouraged but that’s how my dad feels
So watch out, or you may get an unhealthy meal
Just one more thing that I will advise
When choosing your meals, always be wise
Do you understand you little squirrels because it’s a known fact
Eat our tomatoes, and my dad will get you back
