Talking in my Sleep

Doubting my own veracity,
Wondering about my motives,
Mumbling, rambling on I stay confused.
Expressing limited capacity,
But scaling all the octaves,
My speech is full of nonsense and half truths.
All my thoughts laid open, no secrets left to keep:
Not sure if I'm awake or simply talking in my sleep.
