I separate myself from all the memories that we brought to life,
decaying desperately, left open to escape my mind.
I have had enough of going back to those nights
where I pressed you to my chest and we talked about our lives.
Your distant thoughts and everything you believed
composed a melody in my heart.
With every word that you spoke to me
delivered false hope that tore me apart.
I break down to every picture of you
when I see that your with him,
then I close my eyes, and imagine fine
because I remember
we are only kids.
