Because we were Bored
Because we were bored
Venture forth to the sound of crickets.
I found a place to harbour our habits,
Empty house showing its skeleton
So be away with your Ritalin.
Now, foggy will become of my lens
This, the home to our hallucinogens
And maybe later some family
But first, the stuff from Emily.
In the night our minds fade
But the houses are almost made.
Soon responsibility will be a lot
And bored then, I am not
But now these doors will very soon close
And our habits shall go way of the crows.
Let it please rid the burden of our guilt,
Only after these houses are built.
