As the day goes by
I sit here wondering why

The same answer I always greet
"One day, again, shall each other meet"

The truth is now burning in the sun
And I go on like nothing had begun

I look back 10 years ago
On the days you didn't have to go

You were in their arms
Safe and no one can harm

So very small and such a fuss
