Conformity is Bad

Do not give to conformity.
We do it to feel normalcy.
That is what they say to me,
But there is something I don’t see.

Isn’t not conforming still conformity?
Or can we call it conventionality?
We define our own normalcy
Through pandemic incongruity

We should have individuality.
That gives us personality
But if we all live to this mentality,
Does that give us harmony?

So when did we become we?
Can’t we just live happily?
If we all search for inconsistency,
Then is that not conformity?

Do not give to conformity.
