Muffy was a happy kitten
Until the SPCA caught her
She liked the streets better that
the shelter where they brought her
The shelter was filled with noises
The shelter was crowded
Even the streets were cleaner
So Muffy made a daring escape!
The SPCA was suddenly minus one kitten!
She climbed the tallest tree
Because from there she could see
From the middle of the SPCA
Muffy jumped into a passing car
But the driver didn't wait for him to explain
Muffy rode back to the streets
And told his kitten friends in their lair
"The SPCA's okay for a visit
But you wouldn't want to live there!
