Why are you so hard to find,
So unappreciated,
An eye turned blind.
Why must we live in such a world,
Where you are lost,
To all things hurled?
A simple thing made so complex,
We owe you thought,
We owe you respect.
So why do things go on this way,
Leaving you behind,
Keeping you at bay?
All we must do,
All that is required,
Is open up our minds and be inspired.
It matters not who we are,
It matters not what we do,
You find beauty in us near and far.
They say vulnerability is the key,
So we’ll open up our minds,
And let it be.
