As I walk along this distant road
To where it goes, I don't know
The trees are looming
The grass is sneering
My world is slowly turning
It started with hope
But as I walked
Along this distant road
My hope was torn
My happiness too
Only to be replaced by fear
As I walk along this distant road
I finally found where it goes…..
