I have beat
My year as fresh meat
No more
Am I a sophomore
And after being a junior,
I have a clue more
About what the world will bring.
Through these years that have rushed by,
I've lived through the good, the bad, and had a good cry.
It all has taught me how to play the game
Because the real world is a circus untamed.

The author's comments:
Being a senior means that school is almost over. It's cliche, but it's a time of natural reflection to how much you've grown.
