The yeaning of your heart for his,
The longing for his touch,
The desire for a single look because you know it will make your heart jump every time,
The need for his presence every second of every day,
The completeness you feel as you’re wrapped up in his arms,

He makes your life seem whole,
Turns a bad day into the best day,

Those three words that escape his mouth so often aren’t even needed anymore,
But when they dance into your ear,
Your heart trembles,
And your lips quiver,
Because you still can’t believe this reciprocation,

It is deeper than lust,
More profound than like,
And the greatest friend you will ever meet.
