Sisters
We have been sisters
 Since you were little
We were so close they called us hipsters

 You were oh so brittle
 Sleeping in the night

 I read you those riddles

Glad to see the morning light
As we played with our dolls
 We knew what was right

We did not play much ball
Because we did not like to play in the snow
So we played more in the fall

 As the snow blows
 I fear the cold

I can feel the frost bite in my toes
