A Rose

A fresh picked rose destroyed by a blind human being

The beauty of nature is finally what she was seeing

It was calm like the ocean it had a mind of its own

I bet god was please on how beautiful it grown

As time went by it soon died before her eyes

The red velvety peddles and dark green steam

Seemed to hide in discise

I could tell it wanted to cry

I could tell it wanted to scream

I could tell it wanted to ask why I was being so mean

All it did was just lay there in pain

Like a deep cut that hit your vain

My heart sunk and my lungs suddenly froze

And the soul of the rose finally arose
