home is…
inviting,
repulsive,
simple,
complex,
massive,
small,
busy,
not busy,
funny,
dull,
where I “hang my hat”,
hot,
cold,
mine, or…
maybe not.
dog running, dog sleeping,
family smiling, family crying,
food cooking, food re-heating,
music playing, silence overwhelming,
people fighting, people laughing.
No matter what.
That is home.
