My Experience With God
June 30, 2008
The sun ditched me
He is hiding behind the clouds
I thought he wouldn't
but he did
I shouldn't have trusted him
now I am alone
left in the mercy of
darkness
the sun steps out
from the clouds
and laughs
I, shamfully, happily
hear his message:
"Did you really think I would leave you?"
He wouldn't, and He never did
I can see the light through the clouds
