Being in High School
You walk though the halls
Each and everyday
You walk by the faces and people
You've grown to know
No one says "Hi" or smiles at you
But on some days you have many people
Say "Hi" and smile at you
You sit in class with your classmates
That you know but rarely actually talk to
Some days you will have someone
To talk with and make the class go by
You have many friends
But you can only trust them so much
Only your true friends know everything
And your truest friends you hardly get to see
As the days of high school come to an ending
The closer you are to graduating
You think about your new and old friends
Leaving them and never seeing then as often.
