The Lives of the World
The world is different all around,
The goods and the bads,
Turn upside down,
As a child poses for attention,
Or a mother shows her warm affection,
As a heart slowly loses its beat,
A newborn baby will come to his feet,
At a formal dinner with small talk and wine,
A boy on the street will beg for a dime.
As a hellish day passes you by,
A hand will be lent for a soul to survive,
This world has so many perks that should glow,
But are hidden by the problems at the end of the road.
So next time you look,
Up down left and right,
Realize you’re the envy of somebody’s sight.

I edited the poem a bit to make it rhyme.
