I wish I had another day
to tell you how much I care
just one more day
with another kiss to share
The day I wanted is gone
It was all taken away
it is forever gone
no more time to pray
For a driver was wrong
and I wasn't right
to drink and drive is wrong
but I was in sight
He could have seen me
standing there in the street
but he didn't see me,
just dancing to the beat
My mom lost a daughter
My cousin lost a friend
my daddy lost his daughter
he didn't look around the bend
