Our society
Is not fit to be called a society
Every person together is not the entirety
But in reality only sections

Come together?

Not a chance
For we are too simple minded to make a stance
Too blinded by sight
To see what’s behind the façade

Come together.

Only a mere few see what’s true
But to achieve such a feat
We would have to band as one
And for that we have no assurance

Come together!

Why not?
Push aside your petty insecurities and doubts
Become the American Dream
A nation undivided

For there is a war on the horizon
And to be separate would leave us at the mercy of the gods
And they are not ones for pity
